    • No, you do not need a referral to avail our services since we are direct access. However, if you want us to contact your physician we will do so.

    • Our Doctor’s advanced training allows them to diagnose and treat based on impairments but also the knowledge to refer to a licensed physician if needed.

  • We offer a free phone call to help you understand our treatment approach and how it can help you even if you have failed other treatments like traditional physical therapy, chiropractic, injections, surgery.

    • We offer flexible scheduling to suit our patients needs. Currently, we are seeing patients on an appointment basis only.

    • No, due to our advanced clinical diagnostic skills we seldom recommend imaging. Clinical assessments are more leading towards a diagnosis than an X-ray/ MRI.

    • We only recommend imaging if we suspect something on our exam.

    • We are an ‘out-of-network’ service provider. While we do not bill insurance directly, you can submit a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement depending on your plan. Many insurance plans may reimburse 50-80% of the costs.

    • You can also use HSA/ FSA cards to pay. This allows for one-on-one sessions, personalized treatment, always with a doctor (no assistants, no double booking) and flexible scheduling.
